We are Family
We’ve got some news to share. And we’re very excited by it. We’re now working together in partnership with OneFamily. They’re an ambitious, modern family financial services company that is owned and run for their customers. What’s more, they’re based right here in Brighton and share a lot of our values and beliefs. A perfect fit for us in other words.
We recently won the competitive creative pitch for their business and our work has just started to go live.
OneFamily are proud to be different and are a challenger brand taking on the way family financial services are run and perceived. They don’t see finances as being just a personal decision. The choices made affect the people around you too. The people you call family. And today modern families are made up of all kinds of ways. So OneFamily have created and developed the products for modern life.
And we have the very exciting challenge of producing the campaign idea to sell them.
OneFamily believe in empowering their customers to take control. For many customers, family finances can be a daunting prospect, leading to procrastination and putting off dealing with any issues for another day. For us these two elements gave us a strong insight to base our strategy. With OneFamily’s beliefs that their products should be comprehensive, simple and empowering, it gave us the opportunity to say not to put things off, but instead to tell customers that they can take control and that ‘One Day Starts Today’.
The ‘One Day Starts Today’ campaign is rolling out across OneFamily’s range of products including Lifetime Mortgages, Lifetime and Junior ISAs, and Child Trust Fund. As well as making a hero of OneFamily’s bold corona identity, the work features as you may expect real life modern families of all kinds.
Our first creative brief was for a new Lifetime Mortgages product, which got off to a strong start – interest from customers has been high and applications are 67% above plan.
